ProducersBuzz has officially released the Buzz Panner VST plugin, designed to automate left and right panning effects. This plugin can be very useful for automating hi-hats and vocal panning effects.
Also, we had this idea mainly when it comes to panning the vocals or hi-hats left or right; we wanted to make something which is motivated by LFO wave shape and LFO rate, which is something most panning effects use.
So how did we here at ProducersBuzz improve this? Also, how did we make the Buzz Panner VST plugin unique?
We simply added a gated algorithm of 4, 8, 16, 24 and 32 steps, which are looped automatically and precisely added to the correct presets. This is something which will help many modern music producers, as it will promote a much quicker workflow, with fewer tweaks.

What are the main features of Buzz Panner VST?
- 60 free stereo and mono style presets.
- LFO1 rate modulation settings, which range from 0.01 to 20 Hz; these effects modulate the main vibrato speed.
- LFO1 depth rate controls the 2nd LFO panning effects, ranging from 0.0 to 1.0; this controls the panning stereo speed of the 2nd LFO. Tuning this down to 0.0 will only enable the 1st LFO panning effect.
- LFO2 depth modulation settings range from 0.1 to 20 Hz. This is a secondary LFO, which also modulates the panning effects and can be used in combination with LFO1 for more complex panning effects.
- LFO2 depth rate controls the 2nd LFO panning effects, ranging from 0.0 to 1.0; this controls the panning stereo speed of the 2nd LFO. Tuning this down to 0.0 will only enable the 1st LFO panning effect.
- Width ranging from 0.0 to 2.0 modulation effect will control the overall stereo panning effect, with 0.0 taking it down to mono.
- The presets come with automated step sequencers ranging from 4 to 32 steps, but these have been automatically added across different presets, saving time and adding precision.
- Mix 0.0 to 1.0 modulated the range of the final panning effect mix.
- Input and output gain, which control the main signal input and output.
- LFO wave shapes ranging from sine, triangle, square, saw and random; this controls the wave shape of the LFO, making the panning effects smoother, rigid or very sharp. We would recommend sine or triangle for any standard panning effects.
- Randomise modulation button: automated random figure generator for all available modulations.
- LFO1 and LFO2 visualisers display the LFO1 & LFO2 rate in real time, with a white dot showing a combination of both LFOs and their stereo effect.

Also, instead of fully automating the panning effect, we removed the BPM sync. Instead, we added more room for manual stereo pan LFO rate and depth control. This will provide much more accurate and precise automated panning effects.
